Transportation Services

Reliance Home Services will provide safe and comfortable transportation to appointments, outings, and more. We have well-maintained vehicles and licensed drivers to render timely and convenient transportation services for your loved ones to and from other medical service providers and healthcare facilities. We ensure that your loved ones are transferred safely and on time with our professional transportation services.

Reliance Home Services makes sure that at least one staff is on duty at all times to ensure our program goals for each resident are met. We ensure that all employees responsible for the administration of our services are trained and well-oriented with the needs and preferences of each resident. Apart from ensuring they are experts in providing services with quality, we also see to it that they have the compassion to build rapport and connection with residents and other staff members.
All of our staff members are required to train on First Aid & Choking, Fire Safety, Medication Monitoring, and Standard Precautions. Other trainings that may be offered include Food Safety and Recognizing and Responding to Challenging Behaviors. We guarantee only the best staff members to assist your loved ones so they can achieve their optimum health holistically.
Leisure Time Services

Leisure time services are designed to maximize meaningful and productive activities in the community as well as at home. Residents have the opportunity to structure their leisure time individually and through group consensus. Activities may vary from a variety of day programming options in the community to home activities such as music, cooking, crafting, exercise, and visiting the library, local shopping malls, restaurants as well as picnics in several area parks, sporting events, and special community events. We incorporate into our programs their time for rest and relaxation as well. Walks and social gatherings are highly encouraged in Reliance Home Services
Medication Monitoring
Safety medication intake for your welfare.
achieve your loved one’s overall health, we at Reliance Home Services has established a system that will help them comply with their prescriptions. Medications are dispensed by staff as well as monitored in a locked area by our trained staff. Medication administration by authorized staff will occur only when ordered by a physician and as the order states. We work hand in hand with healthcare professionals to ensure that prescriptions are properly adhered to and health conditions are monitored accurately.
