Reliance Home Services is committed to serving people within a community-based setting. Our mission is to provide an alternative living environment where one’s individual lifestyle, respect, dignity, and privacy needs are met. Our intent is to encourage and nurture residents to live their lives to their greatest potential. Our services are designed with each resident in mind. We encourage independence in the least restrictive environment. We welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver the best quality care.

We offer community-based living option for various clients such as advanced age seniors, Alzheimer’s, irreversible dementia, physically or developmentally disabled, pregnant women who need counseling, emotionally disturbed, alcohol/drug dependent, correctional clients, traumatic brain injury, mentally disabled as well as clients requiring one on one supervision without the need for skilled care or nursing home setting. Both men and women may choose to live at Reliance Home Services.

We provide a safe home-like atmosphere, with a quality of life for all of the above by making the transitioning process of entering an assisted living home easy and stress free for both the resident and their families or guardian.
